Hello... I'd like to thank everyone who stopped by and spoke with me at the Cybercafe Sunday morning at the National Convention in Providence last week. However, one of my manuals... a thick, black spiral bound Encore 3.0 manual turned up missing when i returned to my table and started to pack up. Encore's a music program, and i use it a lot for transcribing band music for the orchestra i play in. I really, really need this... it has my serial number and the current version information... i'm certain it was a mistake and someone thought it was a freebie to pick up and take home.
