First disconnect the pitman to eleminate it as a source.  It can noise
if it is using a rubber grommet or if the pin is too long.

If the noise is made by capstans on felt I would use (NOT WD-40) a
Teflon spray.  Raise the dampers with the sostonuto and ksjpray the
felt.  Alternatively you can use a metal polish like Flitz and polish
the capstans.

If it is rubber grommets use VJ lube all around the rubber.

Check also the tray hinges  and pedal rod, lever and pedals.

If the screws of the braces have not been tightened they also can make
noise.

Check further to make sure the top block and pedal box are secure to the
pillars.

Don't give up, it is in there somewhere!
