Greg:

The last one I did (first ever) took 4 hours including papering some of the
flanges to fit properly.  Charge was 350.00 including parts.  I suppose with
experience the time could be cut by 30 minutes or so-once you have worked up a
procedure that cuts unnecessary moves, etc.
