About Bill Bremmer's post: I'm surprised that nobody had commented yet
(or maybe they have, and I just haven't noticed) on the obscuring of the
beating of the 5th by the general harmony. This has been my observation,
and I would like to read more discussion about how the beating of
individual intervals stands out or is obscured by the multiplicity of
intervals usually present at any given time in musical compositions.
