damper regulation

Hi Clyde:

Sometimes this problem is experienced when the action was not properly
seated on the action conical shaped screw head supports. Recently I
saw a case where a person had reinstalled the upper action bolts too
deeply. The keys and pedals would not lift the dampers sufficiently.

Sometimes, you only have to do a little spoon adjustment to get the
dampers to lift sufficiently. If you need help on this adjustment, please
write again with a little more specific info.
