Schaff ... number please!

  I just tried to call Schaff.  The 800 number doesn't answer, and their
regular number 708-438-4556 gets "the number you have reached is no longer
in service."

  I can understand that maybe they don't work on Saturday, but what is
going on with the regular telephone Number??

  Please don't tell me they are out of business... that is, I need to know
if they are, I just hope that isn't what you will tell me.
