Sticking Jacks

Hi, Philip,

This sounds very much like the jack is binding against the let-off rail
or a liberty rail, if there is one.  With a key fully depressed make
sure ther is a little space for the jack to be moved a little further.

Check that the dip is not too deep also.

IF the jack will not move then move the let-off rail slightly toward the
key fronts or shorten the dip.
