Of course we know what you meant, at least all us us who have used that marvelous INSTA-COILER. I remember reading the directions and using it the first time. And three months later needing to use it but not having the directions and having to figure it out. Then I knew BETTER what it was all about. I think the only thing lacking in the instructions was a line stating, "If you have trouble using this tool, send $14.95 for a video."
