It made my arm sore!! The impact method may work, but the pins are sooooo tight on this piano that it sometimes takes everything I have just to bidge a pin. Maybe some of the Steinways are not as bad as others. This is really the only paino I have that is really difficult. Thanks for the input. I appreciate the time. All in all, the people are very nice, always have me over every 6 months, and last night they said I do a better job than ANYBODY has ever done. So I'll grin and bear it. Frank
