Leslie... I would educate the Reverend on the average time it takes to tune a piano under ideal conditions, per piano, and simply express your desire to do a satisfactory service. Ask him to see to it that enough time is set aside for tuning in their future concert planning, assuring him it will not cost any more for you to do a quality job than a hurried one. Doug
