Plastic keytop removal

I would worry about the steam affecting the bushings.

An iron at the proper setting with aluminium foil makes the key tops
pliable and peel right off. A set can be removed in less than a half hour.

Drat, the snow has turned to rain. Now the 2" snowfall will be gone
by tomorrow. You guys in the mid west have all the luck.    :-)
