Yes, I for one restore and/or sell (a few) obsolete
parts. I am listed on page 39 of the resource guide.
The quality and price of new parts today may force us
to do more of this in the future. Just because something
is "new " does not necessarily make it good.
You may want to forward this to the list. If so it is O.K.
with to do so.
