I discovered it quite spontaneously when "warming" fronts for removal with an iron that was considerably hotter than I realized. Very dramatic, accompanied by a huge dense smoke cloud and lots of yelling and flailing about. Fortunately, I was alone in the shop at the time and no one that mattered was injured. These days, I saw them off. It doesn't stink that much less, but there's not as much smoke or adrenalin produced. Tops with fronts are definitely the way to go for replacement. I use PVC-E, with a couple of pieces of masking tape to hold everything down until the glue dries. Ron
