Joe:  Don't make things so hard on yourself.  The 2 letter abbreviation (
post office style) for "Illinois" is "IL" - shorter and no conflict with
roman numeral III - - - - - -unless you read it as a roman numeral for
49.  Is this a no win situation or what??
