Hi Roger,

I am careful to follow the exact location of the levers and compensate
for any differences of felt thickness by bending the wires.  Follow is
not an issue except when checking to see that the lever is not
touching the damper lift rod or a spoon.

I regulate so I have good timing and so that the hammer is half way to
the strings before the spoon engages.
