Regarding the hammer butts again, if they are the original butts then they are probably worn to some degree and it is very unlikely you will be able to regulate the letoff/escapement to factory specs for a new piano. You'll just have to make the best comprise you can come up with, back off the letoff and increase the key dip slightly. You are probably more aware of the condition then your customer will be.
