More on the convention from a long-time, but quiet, participant on this list!

I had a great time in KC. The classes I chose (unfortunately, I had to
choose!) were just wonderful. Those that particularly stood out for me
were Ed Foote's Historical Temperaments (what an artist - great graphics, a
good sense of humor, very educational, and also a fine live performance),
Dan Levitan's muting, and others by Ward Guthrie, Joel Jones, Chris
Lovgren, Ron Berry, Bruce Genck, Norm Neblett, Curtis Spiel, and Keith
Kopp, to name just some.

Fortunately, I heard about the pianotech list gathering in time and was
able to meet many of you there. Many more I just went up to and introduced
myself. It's great to be able to put faces with names. I met so many fine
people. We're lucky to have such a great group of friendly, caring,
helpful people willing to share their experiences and talents.

My thanks to all of you!
