Piano touch too heavy

Hi Ted,

After graphing the balance weight and friction the piano fall into
"normal" range.  There are those the are too high or low in each
category but on such a piano it would be a meaningful exercise to
improve without compensation.

If the customer continues to complain about the action then you can
tell them you can do something about that but it will cost extra.

Regulating will improve the performance and perceived touch weight.

Take it back and get your money.
