Any perception is that, a perception, which does not make it any less
real to the perceiver.  We have to deal with that reality even if it
is not our own.

An out of regulation is inefficient requiring more effort to get it to
work.  Perception is heavy action.

You did lower all factors, up down balance friction, with regulation.

The new perception should be of an efficient action with a lower touch
weight but faster and easy to control.
