Plate hoists - portable?

Ron,

I was in Pep Boys (auto super store) about a month ago, and I was stunned at
how inexpensively they are selling engine hoists. Well less that $200 will
get you a hydraulic hoist on wheels that is well suited for removing a
plate.

The hoist I saw broke down for transport, and it was so nice I almost bought
one just to have it. I have seen similar hoists in a number of paper and
on-line catalogs.
