Hi DOn, Teach the customer how to tighten them. Use CA to permanently secure them in place. Use Loc Tight to secure them. Use pin block dope to hold them. Attach a spring to the plate and in the slot to prevent them from turning. If this is the whole set then you got a problem. If it is but a few I would use CA to resize the hole, to they will be more secure, as I suggest in my other post. I have use that procedure on over turned screws in lids, music desks, action rails, furniture, lamps and just about anything else. Works better than anything else I have tried over the years.
