Dear List: There are several people named "Bill" on this list. Perhaps those of you who must vent your spleen on "Bill" can act more specifically and use the defiled person's actual last name in posts, spitefully addressing him as "Mr. ____", etc. I keep opening reproachful e-mail and find it is from one of the "enlightened people" to "Bill", and not to me. For instance, I haven't burned any books since the cookbook incident in March. The stress of this mis-identification is killing me. If YOU are right, say it right! BILL SIMON Phoenix
