Novel Ibach grand

I too see an Ibach grand a couple of times a year that has a 'third' bridge
built above the bass bridge. I also do not notice any particular pros or
cons about it. The poor old thing has so many  other problems that
relatively minor tuning or tone peculiarities get lost in the shuffle. At
least, that is a little less recapping one would have to do!!
