Not do-able.

pretty darn rare (tuning only)

A standard tuning takes around 1-2 hours depending on condition of piano,
tuner, etc.

The exams around the world fit very nicely with reality.

Forget this Ola. You might be able to whip in a real rough pitch raise in that
time but thats not a final tuning.

What compromise there is, is just that. A compromise.

Some tune by the hour, some by the piano. Its in the end the tuners choice.

Ola, I know your situation pretty well. You will serve your own interests best
by obtaining some training from an authorised piano Technician. Talk to Bergen
Pianoforretning, Nils Henrik will direct you to the people to get in contact
with. Know this Ola, there are no shortcuts here. If you want to learn this and
get good, its going to be a lot of work one way or the other. That being the
case, you may lessen the time and effort by seeking active help and training.
You CAN learn by other ways, there are correspondant courses available, some
books to read etc. But I speak from experience, That way is harder, and less
certain. Doable, but hey.. why make life harder then it need be ?
