Hi James, One such voice over the net program is called media ring. It can be used with a standard telephone. http://www.mediaring.com/ Another is Yahoo messenger, which has an excellent voice chat module. For this you will need a microphone of some description. http://messenger.yahoo.com/ Yahoo has some similarities to icq. I have used it to speak to people in Australia which is as far as you can get from me and still be on Earth! No lag and very good voice quality. Yahoo is freeware as well and allows for conference calls. He is a fool who thinks by force or skill To turn the current of a woman's will.
