You did not sign your original message to pianotech so I do not know
how to address you.

You posted your message on Thursday June 17 at 8:42 pm your time.

I sent a response to Ms. Thomas on Friday and again on Saturday.  

So far I have not received an response, email, phone or fax.

Is this a legitimate situation or has someone else been slotted for
the cruise?

If you could send me Mary Thomas' work number I could call her and
find out the situation.
