Hi... There was an interesting article in the Ottawa Citizen at the end of last month about Henry Hoglund, the retiring piano technician at Canada's National Arts Centre. The article titled "30 Years of Fine Tuning" can be found at http://www.ottawacitizen.com by using the archive search engine to look for "Fine Tuning". I was faxed another article on attempting to ship a Steinway piano with ivory keys back across the US border which may be of interest to some people as well.
