Sy: There are 2 kinds of wheels that come with the grand piano trucks. One is the very hard rubber/plastic wheel type and the other is softer. The hard wheel is for carpeted floors (won't mark the carpet), and the soft is for wood floors. Contact the Jansen company for a set of the soft rubber wheels. Paul McCloud San Diego, CA P.S.
