Chutney - Guasacaca

Chutney. Isn't that something like guasacaca, except not pureed? It goes on
top of meat, as I recall. Sort of like a relish.

Elian Degan in Caracas - you can tell them about guasacaca - especially the
kind made with avocado. Yummy on "pot roast". Did your Caracas customers
ever give you anything like that as a tip for a good piano job?
