Hi Jim,
l will try to explain in the best  English l got:))
In the sealing of the first floor there is a huge light hole. They've put a
wooden block in a corner and on that block the tail of the piano is resting.
The front is standing on top of the income hall. When you enter this place
and you look above you it seems that this piano is hanging in this gap. Its
nice to see but dangerous to work on if you do something else than tuning:))
