Lance,
I use 30% H2O2 to bleach soundboards , and the chemist who sold it to me,
told me, that as long as I don't delute it down to a lower percentage and
keep the (black PE) bottle closed it stays good.
She doesn't stock a lower % H2O2. When she needs some low% to sell to a
customer she delutes it at THAT moment, and advises to use it asap.
