Killer Octave

Hi John,
        Less than a term of endearment for the first soprano section, this
area on most grands needs a great deal of attention to keep the  voicing
smooth and the tone balanced. Partly due to the change in forward string
termination. (Agraffs/pressure bars) This region seems to generate more
customer complaints than any other.
So I'm over generalising.
