Would the book you are looking for be "The Piano Key and Whippen" by Walter
Pfeiffer? There is an additional book entitled "The Piano Hammer" by the
same author. The diagrams you are speaking of are predominantly in the Piano
Key and Whippen.
Just to alay any who would correct the spelling of "Whippen", this is the
European spelling, and taken from the cover of the book in my hand!!
