My sandblast cabinet is about 24" X 18" X 12" so I have to remove the parts. For blasting action frames I am using a piece of visqueen made into a tube about 10' long and 18" in dimater with a hole cut in the center to stick the gun in. I close the end I am blasting toward with a patato chip bag spring paper clip. This keeps most of the mess confined. As soon as I can figure where in my shop to put it I am going to build a cabinet large enough for action frames. If you want to start cheap you can get a suction gun and hose for about $15.00, ues your shop air compressor with a regulator, and a piece of plastic drop cloth. The only expense is the blast media and ordinary sand box sand will let you experiment on an old junk action if you keep the preassure low-10 to 20 psi.
