Yamaha C3 problem

Hi Don,
        Sounds as if the bridge pin has a nick in it, or the notch is not
in the correct position WRT to the bridge pin. 
Do the two strings sound differently?  This can be a clue to termination
differences. Measure each of the strings with your  RCT in PAZ mode.
