Nachf. is the abbreviation for Nachfolger, which is German for successor, literally "he who follows after". This means the person does not have to have the same name as the firm. It is one of several rather quaint business descriptions in the German language, you also, for example, get Witwe after a firm name which means that the widow has taken it over.
