 It's a legal situation between the customer and Samick. The customer

Joseph;
 Arthur makes agood point here but don't YOU be part of any suggestions to
sue anyone, let that be TOTALLY from the customer or elsewhere. Samick, and
other manufacturers, use this 'delivered to' clause in their warranty. We can
assume that there are many reasons for this clause, one being that
repairs/warranty work beyond a certain point are just not economical from the
customer's point of view when all factors are considered. Most customers will
opt to pay for any repair, below a certain level, rather than go to the
trouble and expense of shipping a piano back to the manufacturer.
 This is a catch 22 situation for you so be careful and keep good records of
all conversations with anyone connected with this particular claim.
