List, A week ago yesterday (Oct. 25), Bill Tyler of the Redwood Chapter passed his technical exam with flying colors. Having already completed the written and tuning exams (all aurally with no score below 90), he becomes the latest RPT from our region. Trust me. This guy knows what he is doing.
