I tried tuning duplexs once on a C5, and couldn't get them to budge. Ok, so I let down the tension and pulled on set of duplex (THEY ARE PINNED TO THE PLATE!). At least this 15 year old C5's was! There was a hole drilled into the plate and a little guide nipple on the back of the duplex plate. I'd call and comfirm that they are moveable. This set wasn't!
