I live in NE Minnesota in the country, about 15 miles from town. We feed the birds your typical sunflower seeds. Every year in the Spring we get one or two of these furry friends. This past Spring while my daughter was visiting, I was upstairs in my office checking e-mail and looked out to see the sun rise. My daughter came up and caught the bear on her cam corder; I eventually got out and repaired the feeder. We consider it just a natural part of country living.
