CLP takes on crunchy snow and loses (almost)

I´ve found it to be very effective to take soap stone and rub it against
each felt. Of course you might have difficulty comfortably applying that
method on a spinet. With these friction problems, and particularly this
one, where it is felt that´s bugging you it´s better to do it to the point
of overkill. Anyway, if you only put a lubricant on the wood in hope of it
running down on the felt, the uppermost part of the felt might absorb it
before it gets down to where the problem really might be.

Take care of it once and for all.
If you have to take it all apart, so be it.
It´s better than having to go back to an annoyed customer all the time.
