As Brian De Tar said a deburing wheel is great. I have the buffer/grinder but also have a small 3M deburring wheel for my moto tool. That is more portable and can fix these anywhere. Ed Tomlinson << Not having a buffer at hand on the job when I had to deal with front rail pin burrs chewing up key bushings I improvised using a moto tool with a worn out hammer sanding band very judiciously just touching the burr, then followed with metal polish.
