Zoran,

You may not have known  that it is not legal to do what you request
since the book is copyrighted.  The best thing to do is to buy your own
copy.  Or, someone on the list is usually willing to look up a single
serial number from time to time.  About half of the name brands you
inquired about are in the Atlas; the rest are not.
