bridle wires

Baldwin, Hamilton type.  Bridle straps are falling down the 
bridle wire because it's the straight type with just a little bend 
to hold them on.  I tried a little CA to seal the strap but any 
other ideas.  I of course can replace the straps if they want to 
spend the money but the design of the bridle wire is the 
problem.
