I'd love a dollar for every customer whose asked how the middle one works.....I've even had techs ask!!! Adding new damper levers with sostenuto tabs, fitting the rails, drilling the keybed and fitting the trapwork...not to mention the mods required on the lyre.....Phew....for something that is only required in minimal written scores. Yamaha US won't sell you the spares anyway, so you'd be stuck using stuff that's non-genuine. Too much time, money etc......buy a piano with them already there!
