damp chaser

I think the right set up will definitely improve your Stienway D humidity
situation, but it must be monitored, and the Humidistat position adjusted
until it levels.  Ask Ruth & Webb Phillips.

The only place I found the D chaser bad was in a church where they turned
off the heat during the week.  The Humidistat thought the air was too dry
and cranked out constant humidity into 35 - 40 degree air.  The action
stopped working, condensation etc., a real mess.  Fortunately the owners
called me fast and we unplugged the system.   After they built a new
church and now keep the heat 55+, the system has worked beautifully.
