Hi Avery,

With 250 pianos they should hire a tuner full time.

There are 9 months of school so the technician should work ten months,
excluding June and July, and August getting ready for the new year.

250 pianos 500 tunings in 4.5 months is 85 days to do 3 tunings per
day figuring 20 working days per month.  Plus the time to do repairs
and undo vandalism is a full time position.  Also trying to get into
many rooms is difficult.

$30K plus bennies is not an unrealistic salary for a fresh out of
school tuner.  Plus shop space and tools.

They have not idea how much work and time is involved.
