hide glueing ivory

Jon,
We have had great results with cold hide glue mixed with the titanium
oxide.  It will not curl the ivory but you do need to leave it clamped
overnight.

On the hot hide glue you might want to keep the keys clamped overnight
just to make sure you don't end up with the ivory curling on you.
