Jiminees guy... you almost sound Norwegian. I'll tell you what, I'll bring a couple bottles of Aqua Vitæ along. After a couple rounds we'll all be haveing a great time. I do like the idea of a sort of stand-up buffet and bar tho. Dont necessarily need to make this a formel affair with fancy table settings, 9 course dinner complete with three types of wine or nothing. Millling around is good, but there should be some kinda podium for announcements, introductions and other such periphial pomp.
