Grey Market pianos

When I first subscribed to the list someone had posted a question - answer
type discourse to this grey market piano problem. I tossed it out
unfortunately, but I do remember it stating that grey market pianos
had two plastic strips tacked to the left interior side of the piano just
below the lid. Supposeibly in Japan they were to hold the documents that
came with the piano.
My two grey cents worth (those 1943 steel pennies).
